We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping within Australia.

Express shipping is only offered within Australia for $9.95 AUD.

Australian Orders:

Standard Delivery Time is 2-5 business days.

Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days.

International Orders:

Standard Delivery Time is 6-15 business days.

These delivery times are only estimates.

Note: Shipping times may be longer during periods of high demand (christmas, competitions and giveaways).

 

Returns

Results will vary greatly from person to person, due to several factors including; skin tone, sensitivity, lifestyle, frequency of use, and the way your body responds to treatment. We here at inluxxe do not guarantee results for everyone and therefore are not able to refund any purchases. 

inluxxe has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset. 

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

1. Take a clear video of the defect

2. Email info@inluxxe.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached

3. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with

4. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one

 

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. 

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
